The successful candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining a threat-informed identity and security platform program, driving innovation in authentication, authorization, and identity governance solutions, and managing a robust catalog of security products. This senior leader will be responsible for the strategic direction of the identity and security services organization, its transformation, and engagement across business areas. Key responsibilities include delivering a comprehensive security strategy, running security engineering and identity operations, and modernizing architecture to stay ahead of enterprise threats. The role demands a strong background in cyber security, with a focus on identity and access management, security engineering, and a deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape.
Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role within cyber security, with expertise in identity and access management, security engineering, and related disciplines. The role requires a candidate with a solid IT engineering background, experience in managing cybersecurity budgets, and a proven track record of leading security functions. A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in large, complex environments, particularly within the media and advanced technology industries, and be comfortable with security solutions such as Azure, Entra, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
