About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Growth Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for running Client Solutions and Analytics for a select group of clients, with a focus on building, scaling, and enhancing a comprehensive approach to campaign execution and measurement across all channels. This role involves the development of client-specific measurement plans, managing day-to-day business intelligence and accountability, and presenting research and analytics to clients with a strong emphasis on actionable insights. The SVP will also be tasked with keeping clients informed of emerging measurement methodologies, managing a team, and ensuring the best practices in the application of analytics approaches.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in automation, business intelligence platforms, digital activation, programmatic, and DMPs, and be able to articulate a clear point of view on each. Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and experience with industry tools such as syndicated consumer, sales, and media consumption tools is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in an integrated planning role, with a minimum of 8 years in a management position, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships. Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office is required, and experience with advanced analytics software and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are a plus. The role demands a proactive, initiative-driven individual with strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
