About the Role
The Company is in need of an experienced AVP, Asset Management to take on a key role in overseeing a portfolio of multifamily and/or industrial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary focus on asset management, with additional involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate approval processes. This includes overseeing third-party property managers, executing business plans, monitoring performance against budgets, and preparing reports. The role also involves conducting property inspections, managing property-level cash flow, and supporting financial aspects of acquisitions and dispositions.
Applicants for the AVP, Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in finance, real estate, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in an institutional setting. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills are essential, with Argus experience being a plus.
