The Company is seeking a VP, Workday Finance to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of its Workday platform. The successful candidate will be a strategic and technically proficient leader, acting as a cross-functional expert to ensure the platform meets the company's financial operations, compliance requirements, and growth goals. This role is particularly critical within the dynamic and highly regulated financial services industry, and the VP will be responsible for aligning Workday's technical capabilities with the business's financial objectives. Key responsibilities include serving as the Workday subject matter expert, defining the architecture and roadmap for Workday financials and HR modules, and translating complex financial and business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. The VP will also be involved in architecting integrations, establishing data governance standards, and providing thought leadership and mentorship to the technical and functional teams.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 7 years of experience in Workday, including a minimum of 3 years in a lead or architect role within Workday Financials.
