About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead its global engineering organization, with a focus on driving technical excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term engineering strategy, leading distributed teams, and ensuring the delivery of world-class products. This role requires a leader with a strong background in software architecture, cloud-native development, and modern web technologies, particularly React. The VP of Engineering will also be tasked with fostering a culture of engineering excellence, maintaining system reliability, and scalability, and leading the development of software product plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior executive roles. A proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and managing distributed teams is essential. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of technical and architectural best practices, as well as experience in product-driven technology companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies, and a passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI.
