They should have a proven track record in recruiting, supporting, and retaining a diverse and mission-aligned faculty and staff. Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with inspiration and clarity, and a commitment to academic excellence are essential. The Head of School will be expected to be a chief storyteller and advocate for the school, as well as to maintain a culture of philanthropy and support the school's identity as a preeminent educator of young children. A collaborative and decisive leadership style, along with a joyful countenance and a desire to engage with all members of the community, are key personal attributes for the role.
