About the Role

The Company is in search of a Deputy Chief of Staff - Policy to serve as the senior policy strategist within the Office of the President. This key leadership role is responsible for shaping and advancing the President's strategic policy agenda across various issue areas. The successful candidate will be the top policy advisor, translating vision into action, and leading a team of policy experts to address complex challenges. Strategic policy leadership, team and vision management, intergovernmental coordination, performance and accountability, stakeholder engagement, and acting as a trusted advisor are the primary areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government, nonprofit, public policy, or advocacy, with a proven track record of policy expertise, team management, and a commitment to equity and public service.

Applicants for the Deputy Chief of Staff - Policy position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' of policy oversight experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree or JD is preferred, along with a background in management and a deep understanding of political processes.
