About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President/Analyst for its Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) practice. This pivotal role is focused on driving revenue, supporting client relationships, and leading cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to clients, particularly in the areas of supplier management, category management, and operating model design. Key responsibilities include leading market penetration, delivering expert briefings, and actively participating in revenue generation. The role demands a professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement consulting, and a proven track record in client-facing, sales-oriented positions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in the field, with a background that may include consulting, professional service delivery, or enterprise procurement roles. Familiarity with best practices in outsourced services and technology sourcing is essential, as is the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders. The role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and is comfortable with a growth mindset, bringing innovation and market sensitivity to the development of new offerings. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and the candidate must be prepared for up to 25% travel, including domestic and limited international.
