Familiarity with best practices in outsourced services and technology sourcing is essential, as is the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders. The role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and is comfortable with a growth mindset, bringing innovation and market sensitivity to the development of new offerings. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and the candidate must be prepared for up to 25% travel, including domestic and limited international.
