Position: Foodservice Commercial Leader - LACDM The main priority is to accelerate the growth of a large, profitable Foodservice Business across two main regions: CARICAM (Caribbean, Central & South America) and Mexico. Develop a high-performance team of 10 to meet short and long-term targets. Responsible for strengthening regional commercial strategies and optimizing a recently designed distributor model to penetrate channels such as HORECA, QSR, Bakery Chains, Retail Bakeries, and others. Establish and strengthen relationships with prime distributors to leverage capabilities and drive sales. Develop a long-term vision and build a team supporting the strategy. The region is positioned for steady, sustainable growth. To maximize results, the leader will manage the strategy and guide distributor partners to expand product distribution across categories including Frozen, Dry Mixes, HD Ice Cream, and others. The role involves managing a P&L focused on delivering RNS and EBIT targets, along with overseeing trade and marketing budgets. Core Responsibilities
Achieve double-digit volume growth in 3 years through strategic planning and execution. Continuously evaluate and adapt regional strategies. Problem-solving and acting as a liaison between the field team and the Commercial Director. Coach and train team members, participate in customer meetings and events. Inspire the team to achieve organizational goals through strategic sales plans. Manage net sales, gross margin, and account profitability in the Food Service channel. Set and achieve sales targets and manage budgets. Develop account plans to maximize sales and expand distribution. Prospect and grow the customer base while maintaining strong business relationships. Ensure prompt collection of receivables and healthy financial P&L for accounts. Manage trade funds effectively. Coordinate corporate service events and participate in sales and marketing meetings. Ensure timely submission of management reports. Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, capable of driving change and building long-term plans. Over 15 years of experience in food service (HORECA/QSR/Dry Mixes). Experience with distributor relationships, setting performance targets, and developing long-term visions. Understanding of foodservice customer needs and global trends. Experience in the CPG industry or related fields. Technical culinary background or experience as a corporate chef is a plus. Influence skills across functions and strategies. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Experience working with diverse, cross-cultural teams. Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus. Key Metrics & Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $124,200 - $186,400 annually, reflecting experience, skills, and performance.
