  • *What You'll Be Doing**
  • Operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators.
  • Safely transport materials within the plant and stockpile areas.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Assist with plant operations and support production activities.
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
**What Are We Looking For**
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in a production setting.
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing tasks.
  • Capability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions.
**Conditions of Employment**
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer**
  • $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
