Description Perform duties to provide administrative support to the Human Resources function within an assigned region, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. This position is a Hybrid role based out of Plantation, Florida. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking preferred. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and greet candidates, assist with routine inquiries, prepare letters and mailings. Assist with opening and maintaining job requisitions via HRIS software. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, maintaining documentation, and correspondence. Process background checks and drug screenings. Enter and update new hire information in HRIS. Coordinate and assist with new hire orientation. Create and maintain employee personnel files in accordance with policies and regulations. Maintain and update I9 re-verifications and driving records as required. Assist with preparing and handling new hire and termination paperwork. Support HR-related special projects. Skills & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Conduct business with high standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct. Assist with operations to maintain workflow, notify supervision of issues, and ensure safety protocols. Participate in meetings and work groups to stay informed on policies and developments. Ensure safety precautions are followed. Follow all policies and SOPs as instructed. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Strong administrative skills. Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; internet research skills.
