Work start and end time:

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Some Weekends and Overtime, as needed)

Pay Scale:

Position Summary:

To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide training and expertise to junior service techs.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replace recommendations. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques. Reading blueprints is not required NATE is a bonus but not required Qualifications desired: Universal EPA Certification 4+ years experience Insurable driving record Possess tools needed
