What You Can Expect

As our Revenue Assurance, Intern, you will get the opportunity to work as a Revenue Assurance Analyst (Power). This position presents a distinctive chance to acquire practical enterprise-level skills and gain valuable insight into the North American Energy industry. As part of the internship program, participants will gain valuable exposure to the retail energy industry, including the order-to-cash lifecycle implementation, business process mapping, strategy development, project management, and other related areas. This internship opportunity is based in Houston, TX, and spans three months, from January 5, 2026to May 29, 2026. You will report to the Director, Revenue Assurance.

Analyze how departmental KPI reporting and operational controls impact Engie's Retail C&I customers

Troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely resolutions for customer concerns, billing problems, and data requests

Assist in gathering requirements, QA testing, and supporting new development to enhance billing, customer experience, and reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally to help develop and optimize best-in-class end-to-end delivery processes

What You'll Bring

Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or any related field

You have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must have the ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams

Additional Details

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy with a minimum of three (3) days working in office if you are based in Houston, TX

Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Hourly Range:

$21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
