Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and opportunities for our products. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the industry. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics as set by management. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and refine approaches to improve results. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage. A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
