About the Role
We are seeking a talented Microsoft Full Stack Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern business applications across the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring solid full-stack development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and modern UI frameworks such as React and Fluent UI.
This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, enterprise-grade projects that integrate data, automation, and modern user interfaces to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom business applications leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Build and customize Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, and Custom APIs. Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React and Fluent UI. Implement robust back-end services and integrations using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. Create and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models. Utilize Python for scripting, automation, and data processing where applicable. Integrate solutions using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft Cloud services. Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline and enhance business processes. Collaborate with team members across analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases. Adhere to best practices for code quality, version control, and security. Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in: C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core React and Fluent UI Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) Power Automate and related Power Platform tools Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Plugins and Customizations SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers) Python (for scripting, automation, or data integration) Understanding of software architecture, integration design, and application lifecycle management (ALM). Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Proven adoption and real-world examples of implementing AI into the development lifecycle - such as AI-assisted coding, automated testing, or intelligent application features. Experience with Azure Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.). Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, or related modern web technologies. Microsoft Certifications such as: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) What We Offer
