Our healthcare client in New York City is looking for a local,
Oracle Cloud Fusion Program
Manager to join their team in a 6 + month contract capacity. This hybrid role will require 2 days per week on-site.
The Oracle Cloud Fusion Program Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic leader overseeing delivery, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple Oracle Cloud workstreams (HCM, SCM, and Finance). The individual will play a hands-on role in managing program execution, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction, acting as the key liaison between business leaders, Oracle teams, and partner resources.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client-facing leader across Oracle Cloud initiatives. Provide strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across multiple project tracks to ensure alignment with client goals. Partner with client executives and business owners to define priorities, resolve escalations, and drive outcomes. Oversee program governance, steering committee communications, and executive reporting. Ensure that resources, budgets, and timelines are managed effectively, with proactive risk and dependency management. Collaborate with Oracle, partner consultants, and internal client teams to ensure an integrated and transparent delivery model. Lead status reviews, risk assessments, and roadmap planning sessions to ensure continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor guiding client stakeholders through decision-making and organizational change related to Oracle Cloud adoption. Champion post-implementation optimization and continuous value realization through enhancements and process improvements. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise applications or ERP programs; 5+ years specifically with Oracle Cloud Fusion (Finance, HCM, SCM). Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within healthcare, financial services, or other complex industries. Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of cloud ERP governance, data conversion, integrations, and change management. Excellent relationship management and communication skills; capable of building credibility and trust with both business and IT stakeholders. Proven ability to balance vendor, client, and partner interests while maintaining focus on client outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or PMP preferred.
