We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Scheduler to join our Supply Chain Planning Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, data analytics, accounting, or supply chain management. As a Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations through effective scheduling and planning, while also providing strategic insights to the Business Team and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule to meet customer demands while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Provide scenarios to the Business Team and Operations to determine the most financially beneficial plan. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to analyze historical data, demand forecasts, production capacities, and inventory levels to generate accurate production schedules. Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders. Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans. Recommend and execute an inventory supply plan to meet customer needs and maintain appropriate inventory targets and/or Days of Supply. Provide backfill for Finite Schedulers through cross-training. Train and mentor project team members on best practices for schedule management and adherence. Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop training program for production planning team onboarding. Assist with training new hires. Assess performance and create development plans for Finite Schedulers. Participate in hiring process for new team members. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, supply chain management, data analytics or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain planning or production scheduling. Proficiency in using supply chain planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MRP systems). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in data analytics, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles. Proven experience in operations management.

The expected base pay for this position is $86,400 - $129,600

We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. The pay range, incentives and benefits listed above are general guidelines only and not a guarantee of total compensation or benefits. The final offer will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the responsibilities of the job, experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as the job location, applicability of a collective bargaining agreement, length of service, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on your role, business results and individual performance. All aspects of total rewards offered are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
