Head Assembly Technician
to join our team and take ownership of assembling, maintaining, and improving our industry-leading Sonic Drilling Head (Oscillator) equipment.

What You'll Do Assemble and test components and systems for the Sonic Oscillator equipment series using blueprints and schematics. Perform advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assembly work. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of labor, maintenance, and production activity. Lead by example within your work cell-training new team members and ensuring clear communication with supervisors and management. Promote and enforce all safety rules, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Support field teams with maintenance and repair questions as needed. What We're Looking For
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Experience:
1+ year of mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred. Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading ability. Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machining. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
