The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, business partnership, deal desk, and investor relations. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in a public company or IPO environment, who is adept at partnering across various business functions and is passionate about the potential of AI in modern finance. The VP of Finance will be responsible for driving financial clarity, operational rigor, and future readiness, and will oversee a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and cross-functional alignment.
Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include leading company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, acting as a trusted partner to the executive team, and leading the deal desk function. The role also involves building and maintaining financial models, driving continuous improvements in planning accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, be technically strong in financial modeling and modern finance tools, and have a proven track record in investor relations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being preferred.
