About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving enterprise-wide performance improvement through operational strategy, process optimization, and technology-enabled transformation. This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic thought partner who can lead company-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and bottlenecks, and implement best-in-class process management methodologies. The SVP will also be responsible for leveraging automation, digital tools, and AI to streamline processes, champion data-driven decision-making, and ensure that financial oversight is linked to operational KPIs.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in operational strategy, finance, or consulting, with at least 5 years' in a senior executive role. A background in mortgage, financial services, or fintech is preferred. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, a proven track record in leading efficiency and cost-reduction programs, and a deep understanding of how operational levers impact the P&L. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, with experience in implementing enterprise platforms and process automation, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with performance frameworks, continuous improvement methodologies, and BI tools is also required.
