About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury to spearhead its global accounting function. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, supporting audit readiness, and preparing the company for future strategic milestones. The VP will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of all accounting operations, global tax planning and compliance, and treasury functions, leading a large team of professionals. They will also be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable processes to support the company's international expansion and SaaS revenue growth.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA required and a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in global accounting, tax, and treasury functions is essential, with at least 5 years' in an executive or senior leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, internal controls (SOX), and public company reporting standards, as well as a strong command of global tax strategy and cross-border compliance frameworks. Experience in scaling global finance functions in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments, and a background in IPO or public company readiness, is strongly preferred. The role demands an individual with executive-level communication skills, a strong presence with board members and investors, and a forward-thinking, analytical mindset capable of driving change and supporting complex decision-making.
