About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to expand community access and reach. The CMO will work closely with the President & CEO and other leaders to provide clinical expertise, set standards for medical care, and ensure that clinical performance meets regulatory guidelines. This includes supervising medical staff, implementing clinical programs, and promoting accountability and capacity to meet the organization's standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in medicine or osteopathy, be board-certified or board-eligible in a relevant specialty, and have a strong interest in serving low-income or disadvantaged populations. The CMO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing the medical residency program, and fostering relationships with the local medical community.
