Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Courtland, AL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•3-4 years of related work experience
•Must have an active Secret Clearance

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
•Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
