About This Role The Executive Assistant is responsible for working directly with the CEO and is pivotal in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, communications are streamlined, and strategic priorities are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is skilled at multitasking, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and brings a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position manages the balance between details and high‑level strategic objectives while exhibiting strong collaboration, enthusiasm, creativity, teamwork, and a commitment to core values.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive communications, including calls, email responses, and client interfacing.
Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Track high‑priority initiatives, identify obstacles, and elevate priorities as needed.
Prepare meeting briefs with agendas and intended outcomes.
Conduct research and analysis to provide strategic insight and support executive decision making.
Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests to ensure timely responses.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Maintain flexibility for ad‑hoc requests that may arise outside traditional executive support.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, as well as move throughout office and residential environments.
Occasional lifting, carrying, or transporting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
Ability to bend, kneel or reach as needed to support various tasks.
Must be comfortable navigating dynamic environments and flexibility to adapt to changing physical settings.
