Description We are looking for a meticulous Administrative/Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. This role involves providing advanced administrative support, managing communication channels, and handling a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. - Perform routine office tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing bookkeeping activities.
