. This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to support a variety of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and investor growth within the financial and real estate sectors.

Responsibilities
Support Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement cross-channel campaigns promoting investment opportunities and brand awareness. Assist with Content Production:
Help edit and coordinate financial marketing materials, including web pages, investor communications, brochures, and email campaigns. Data & Reporting:
Maintain performance tracking for campaigns, analyze KPIs, and assist in compiling marketing reports to guide data-driven decision-making. Administrative Support:
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and asset organization to ensure smooth team operations. Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Work with creative vendors and industry partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand standards. Market & Competitor Research:
Conduct financial industry research to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities for growth. Event Coordination:
Support the planning and logistics of trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Comfort working with data and analytics dashboards a plus (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interest in finance, investments, or real estate.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field. 13 years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, investments, or real estate. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Experience working with digital marketing and CRM platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits:
