About the Role A highly skilled Endometriosis and Fibroid Specialist is seeking a new graduate or early-career Physician Assistant eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in womens health and surgery.

The physician is a recognized expert in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery, performing procedures across major hospital systems in New York City and New Jersey. This position offers exceptional one-on-one mentorship, providing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced surgical techniques using state-of-the-art technology, including the da Vinci robotic system.

Position Overview The Physician Assistant will work primarily in the hospital setting, assisting in surgeries and supporting pre- and post-operative patient care. Office hours are minimal; most days are spent in the operating room or rounding.

Key Responsibilities Assist in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgeries (including laparoscopic and da Vinci-assisted procedures) Provide pre- and post-operative care and documentation Collaborate closely with surgical teams, nursing staff, and hospital personnel Occasionally participate in office-based consultations and follow-up visits Ensure compliance with all clinical and hospital protocols

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited

Physician Assistant program

( new grads strongly encouraged to apply! ) Active or in-process

PA licensure in New York and New Jersey Strong interest in womens health, gynecology, and minimally invasive surgery Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule & Lifestyle Surgeries typically begin around

7:30 AM Primary surgical days:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Full-time role with a flexible schedule and lighter hours outside of surgical days Primarily hospital-based with limited office requirements
