Job Position: Electro Mechanical Assembler
Location: The Colony
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Description: Stride Staffing has partnered with a company that has over 25 years of expertise in Utility and Energy Management. They develop innovative and sophisticated solutions for energy and utility services that assure compliance with regulations, improve grid reliability, and streamline distribution. Together we are seeking experienced Electrical and Wiring Assembler to join their team. This role will include mechanical and electrical assembly, AC/DC electrical wiring, testing of battery and energy storage systems.
Due to the specialized nature of this role,
only candidates with recent and relevant ElectroMechanical Assembly experience will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components for BESS enclosures Perform AC and DC wiring (22 AWG to 500 MCM) Use hand and power tools to cut, crimp, and terminate wires Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions Conduct factory testing and complete quality documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Use Microsoft Office products for documentation and work instructions Operate forklifts and follow OSHA safety procedures (if trained) Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required) 0-2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production Experience with large conductor wiring (preferred) Forklift operation experience (preferred) Familiarity with OSHA and ISO procedures (a plus) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills OSHA 10 Certification Card - HUGE PLUS Benefits:
