About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to spearhead the scaling of its high-potential SaaS business. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing a unified growth and marketing strategy across various channels, with a strong focus on the US SMB e-commerce market. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the growth engine, including strategy and planning, pipeline and performance, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. A key aspect of the role is the championing of AI tools and staying at the forefront of marketing technology to drive innovation and personalization.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of B2B marketing and growth experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a SaaS leadership position, and a proven track record of scaling from Series A to B/C. Expertise in performance marketing, ABM, SEO, CRO, and a deep understanding of funnel KPIs is essential. The role requires a leader who can manage a remote team, work cross-functionally, and is adept at using AI tools in growth and marketing. Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is a significant advantage. The VP of Growth will be measured on their ability to exceed pipeline contribution targets, grow conversion rates, and drive sustained growth in website traffic and customer engagement.
