About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations, including capital raising, fund management, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, accounting, compliance, and reporting. This hands-on leadership position demands a professional with deep expertise in real estate finance and a successful track record in capital raise environments. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading financial strategy, managing capital raise initiatives, developing financial models, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within a REIT, real estate private equity firm, or institutional investor.
