Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years in operations roles within the Transformer Services industry. The role requires a leader with a strong sales background, capable of navigating complex sales and selling value over price. The VP, General Manager will be responsible for the location's budget, optimizing expenses, and managing P&L to meet company expectations.
