About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP/Director of Finance to lead and oversee the financial, accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's financial systems and processes are in line with its mission and goals. This role involves providing strategic leadership in all financial matters, including but not limited to, financial and business analyses, funding models, and the management of financial activities such as cash flow and investment. The VP/Director of Finance will also be tasked with maintaining the organization's financial records in compliance with relevant regulations, conducting internal audits, and engaging with the board of directors and audit/finance committee.
