About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Agency Development to lead the establishment of strategic, long-term partnerships with the largest agency holding companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth through sales execution and strategic planning, with a focus on developing enterprise-level data licensing agreements and driving audience and measurement solutions growth. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in the data and ad tech ecosystem, strong knowledge of the ad tech, data, and holding company landscape, and the ability to nurture top-down relationships with executive-level leaders. The VP will work closely with internal teams to increase awareness of the company's products and services, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Applicants for the VP of Agency Development position at the company should have at least 7 years' of relevant experience in agency, holding company, or agency sales, business development, and partnerships within the ad tech or data industry. The role demands an individual with extensive high-level relationships, the ability to prospect and sell to senior decision-makers, and a strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator, a creative storyteller, and a passionate leader who is an advocate for progress and diversity. Experience in deal-making, particularly around data partnerships, and a proven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar advertising business with an emphasis on agency partnerships are essential. Proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.
