Applicants for the Division Chief position should be board-certified in hematology and/or medical oncology, with a strong background in the diagnosis and treatment of blood and vascular disorders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical and translational research, as well as experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team. A focus on patient-centered care, a commitment to academic excellence, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders are essential. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is required, and additional qualifications such as a Master's in Business Administration or a Master's in Public Health are a plus.
