About the Role

The Company is seeking a Division Chief of Blood and Vascular Disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative and innovative research and educational environment. The role involves managing a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, and working closely with other departments to provide comprehensive and integrated care to patients with blood and vascular disorders.

Applicants for the Division Chief position should be board-certified in hematology and/or medical oncology, with a strong background in the diagnosis and treatment of blood and vascular disorders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical and translational research, as well as experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team. A focus on patient-centered care, a commitment to academic excellence, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders are essential. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is required, and additional qualifications such as a Master's in Business Administration or a Master's in Public Health are a plus.
