About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key player in the financial management and strategic planning of the practice, with a focus on supporting its expansion into a multi-state environment. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The CFO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial relationships, and providing financial leadership to the executive team and staff.
Candidates for the CFO position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role, particularly in the healthcare industry, is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of healthcare finance and regulations is also essential for this role. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and the board of directors, so the ability to prepare and present financial reports effectively is a must.
