About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be a champion for innovation and inclusion, with a proven track record of providing strategic leadership to ensure financial sustainability and relevancy. The CEO will be responsible for conveying the mission and program offerings in a compelling way, building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and working with the board to assess and address the changing needs of the community. This role requires a leader who can operationalize the organization's strategic initiatives, lead efforts to promote racial equity, and build a culture of philanthropy both internally and externally. The CEO will also oversee the organization's fiscal health, lead fundraising and public relations efforts, and provide strategic oversight of the key programs.

Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, a personal or professional connection to the disability community, and a Bachelor's degree. The role demands a leader with a strong background in mentoring and coaching, budget creation, contract negotiation, and experience in lobbying or legislative matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, be adept at cultivating new partnerships, and have a commitment to amplifying the voices of marginalized individuals. Experience in operations management within a non-profit or service-delivery organization, as well as a clear commitment to the values of inclusion, teamwork, integrity, and empowerment, is essential.
