About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Residential Services to lead in the creation of a more humane world by alleviating poverty and supporting the development of healthy communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of core program components that focus on housing stability, health and wellness, community engagement, education, and financial well-being. This role requires the development of new, evidence-based programs and the use of data to continuously improve service delivery. The VP will also be instrumental in budget preparation and monitoring, as well as in fostering effective relationships between various staff divisions and external partners. A key aspect of the position is the commitment to advancing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion, both within the organization and in the communities served.

Candidates for the Vice President of Residential Services position at the company should have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with at least 7 years' of experience in supportive or affordable housing environments, or in initiatives related to human development, poverty, homelessness, child development, or aging. The role requires a leader who can work collaboratively with peers and senior leaders, is an effective listener, and can facilitate meetings in diverse environments. Experience in budget management, P/L oversight, and a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at recruiting and developing staff who align with the organization's core values and will be dedicated to ensuring that the mission and values of respect, justice, and mercy are integrated into all aspects of the work.
