About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Product - Member Experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering member experience solutions for payer customers, with a focus on regulatory and non-regulatory programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the payer space, including experience with HOS, Medicare CAHPS, HEDIS CAHPS, and QHP Enrollee Survey. The VP will work closely with cross-functional leadership to plan and prioritize business objectives, ensure the execution of strategic product initiatives, and drive value through products for customers. Key responsibilities include partnering with the GM and Payer leadership team, serving as a subject-matter expert, and developing strategies for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, SaaS software development, and a strong ability to leverage data analytics and AI/ML to measure the quality of care and deliver actionable satisfaction information.

Candidates for the VP, Product - Member Experience role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, with a focus on delivering innovative products in the payer space.
