About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Product - Member Experience to join their team. The VP will work closely with cross-functional leadership to plan and prioritize business objectives, ensure the execution of strategic product initiatives, and drive value through products for customers. Key responsibilities include partnering with the GM and Payer leadership team, serving as a subject-matter expert, and developing strategies for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, SaaS software development, and a strong ability to leverage data analytics and AI/ML to measure the quality of care and deliver actionable satisfaction information.
