to provide mental health and substance-use disorder services in a supportive, community-based setting.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy in outpatient behavioral health settings Treat a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, autism spectrum, and more Offer crisis intervention, grief support, and coordination of care with other professionals Document assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress in electronic health records (EHR) Serve as a liaison to families, community partners, and other hospital departments Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education Qualifications
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required) Licensure (at least one of the following):
LICSW
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
(Preferred) LGSW
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker LCSW
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker LPC
- Licensed Professional Counselor PLPC
- Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor Preferred Experience:
Mental health counseling and/or substance-use treatment Care coordination, case management, or community behavioral health What We Offer
