About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, count inventory, and complete documentation.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to verify contents and condition.
• Organize and store inventory systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate timely dispatch of goods.
