Job Overview

Merchandisers are critical to our success at Frito-Lay! Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more in stores such as supermarkets and large grocery stores. This role also offers career growth opportunities within Frito-Lay or PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve FritoLay products and merchandise them throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (you will have the opportunity to attain different work schedules)
• Leverage a company issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Flexible with a 24-hour work cycle and physically able to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift
