$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

As the company scales up, we’re looking for a Recruiter to lead strategic, full-cycle hiring efforts, especially for engineering and high-impact roles that will shape the future of energy.

Day to day:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles, especially in engineering, as the company scales up. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and help grow a team that’s solving real-world energy challenges.

Desired Skill Set:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting in battery, solar, or engineering industries
• ability to be onsite in Burlingame, CA

Compensation:

$35/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
