Clinical Recruiting Coordinator & Marketing Strategist

Role Overview
Approximately 75% of the role focuses on recruitment; 25% supports lead coordinators/investigators with study activities (visits, phone calls, food challenge prep, etc.). The position requires on-site work in a structured environment fostering collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, sponsor teams, and ACRI leadership to facilitate smooth recruitment.
- Serve as primary contact for inquiries about active clinical trials and provide accurate participant information.
- Educate potential participants through comprehensive knowledge of study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess eligibility per protocol.
- Identify potential participants via medical records, databases, physician referrals, etc., and follow up proactively.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Create, maintain, and update recruitment records across spreadsheets and database systems.
- Coordinate public promotion using recruitment materials, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
- Maintain the enrollment trials website recruitment page.
- Report recruitment progress regularly to investigators and team members.
- Track recruitment metrics, evaluate strategies, and adjust to optimize enrollment and retention.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, institutional policies, and ethical standards.
- Assist investigators/coordinators with study procedures (visit assistance, food challenge prep, data entry).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or related field) or high school diploma/GED with required experience.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (or 8 years in lieu of a diploma/GED).
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, databases, and tools (MS Office, Canva, Adobe, EPIC, REDCap).
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in graphic design and marketing materials creation.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently or as a team player.
- Creative, analytical mindset for tracking recruitment effectiveness.
