About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our Employment Legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of employment-related litigation and arbitration matters, provide strategic legal guidance to senior management and internal teams, and oversee outside counsel. The role reports to the VP, Legal - Employment. Remote, with preference for candidates within driving distance to the following offices: Austin, TX; Sunnyvale, CA; Arlington, VA. Additional locations: Dallas, TX. What You’ll Do

Litigation and Arbitration Management: Oversee all phases of employment-related litigation and arbitration matters, including pre-litigation disputes, discovery, motions, trial/arbitration preparation, hearings, settlement negotiations, and appellate work. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the internal legal team and business leaders to develop arbitration and litigation strategies aligned with company goals and risk considerations. Outside Counsel Coordination: Engage and direct outside counsel, ensuring cost-effective, efficient, and favorable outcomes; review and approve outside counsel billing to ensure compliance with the budget. Internal Investigations: Conduct and oversee internal employment investigations, advising on arbitration vs. litigation and advising on outcomes. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, monitor developments affecting arbitration and dispute resolution. Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide strategic legal counsel on employment-related initiatives with HR, finance, operations and other stakeholders. What You’ll Need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing in the state where the company is located or ability to obtain in-house counsel licensure. 7+ years of experience in employment litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including single plaintiff claims, wage/hour disputes, and class actions. Expertise in employment law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of arbitration procedures, including clauses, arbitrator selection, and dispute-resolution strategies. Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting issues to non-legal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful self-starter comfortable wearing multiple hats and tackling challenging projects. Pragmatic problem-solving to mitigate risks with commercial considerations in mind. Ability to develop standardized litigation/arbitration processes from initial complaint to resolution. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Travel as required. Bonus Points

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $185,000 - $255,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
