SEC Reporting Manager
with deep expertise in SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting. Step into a high-impact role as our go-to GAAP authority—leading external reporting and driving full-cycle SOX compliance across the organization. What You’ll Do
Lead quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Proxy) with full ownership of disclosure accuracy and timeliness Manage SOX documentation, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation strategies Analyze new FASB/SEC standards and drive disclosure updates Oversee equity accounting, employee grants, and audit coordination Maintain XBRL reporting and disclosure control frameworks Support stock-based compensation systems and related reporting What You Bring
CPA required BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MS/MA preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/reporting (Big 4 experience a plus) Strong command of SEC reporting, SOX methodologies, and US GAAP Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex data for senior leadership Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Location
Seattle, WA (Belltown) - 1x day onsite, 4 days WFH Benefits
