$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Lab Scientist to join our dermatology-focused clinical trials team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about immunology and hands-on bench work. You will play a key role in supporting biomarker analysis for clinical trials through immunoassay execution and data documentation. Responsibilities
Perform
immunoassays
(e.g., ELISA, Luminex) on clinical trial samples, including BSL-II human samples. Qualify and run multiple assay plates simultaneously with precision. Maintain accurate and detailed records in
Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) . Generate high-quality reports and summarize assay data using
GraphPad Prism . Collaborate with internal teams and CROs to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Follow all safety and compliance protocols for handling clinical samples. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field. Experience:
1–2 years of relevant lab experience (industry preferred). Hands-on experience with immunoassays and multiple platforms (ELISA, Luminex). Familiarity with clinical trial sample handling and documentation. Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in ELN and data analysis tools (GraphPad Prism). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background
CRO experience. In vitro bench work experience. Exposure to biomarker analysis and dermatology/immunology research. Onsite:
80% bench work, 20% remote for reporting and documentation. Collaborative team environment with flexibility in interview process (initial screen + onsite panel). Reports directly to Employment details
