Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Corporate and Client Public Relations Specialist based in either Dallas, TX (near Nestpoint’s headquarters) or Washington, D.C. The specialist will drive media relations, focusing on political (including right-leaning) and financial outlets, to enhance the visibility of Nestpoint, its portfolio companies, and its clients in the U.S. and international markets where Nestpoint has interests.

Responsibilities include crafting compelling press releases and pitches, securing media coverage, working with MAGA media, managing television bookings, and executing international promotional strategies to support strategic brand growth. The role also involves occasional support for the Nestpoint Foundation, generating press and promotion for events and VIP engagements that promote American exceptionalism and the American dream. The ideal candidate will bring established media relationships, strategic communication expertise, and a proactive approach to amplifying our influence globally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted PR strategies, leveraging relationships with political (including right-leaning/MAGA media) and financial media outlets to promote Nestpoint, its portfolio companies, and its clients in the U.S. and international markets.

Craft and distribute persuasive press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials tailored for domestic and global audiences.

Secure press coverage and coordinate television bookings to enhance strategic brand growth for Nestpoint and its portfolio and client base.

Leverage existing relationships with political and financial journalists and outlets, both domestically and internationally, to maximize coverage.

Support international promotion efforts by adapting PR strategies to align with cultural and media landscapes in markets where Nestpoint has interests.

Occasionally support the Nestpoint Foundation by generating press and promotional content for events and VIP engagements that advance American exceptionalism and the American dream.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across corporate, portfolio, client, and Foundation initiatives.

Qualifications

Established relationships with political (including right-leaning) and financial media outlets and journalists with connections in international markets a strong plus.

Experience in a press role at a political committee such as the RNC, NRCC, NRSC, or similar organizations.

Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in finance, government affairs, or related sectors.

Demonstrated ability to secure press coverage and coordinate television bookings for brand-building initiatives, with experience in international PR campaigns preferred.

Exceptional writing skills, with a track record of crafting successful press releases and media pitches for diverse audiences.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with media, stakeholders, and VIPs across global markets.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Familiarity with event promotion and VIP engagement, ideally aligned with themes of American exceptionalism and the American dream, is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.

Based in either Dallas, TX (near Nestpoint headquarters) or Washington, D.C., with availability for part-time work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with foundations or nonprofits on event-based PR or VIP promotion, particularly related to patriotic or American values.

Knowledge of finance, global government affairs, manufacturing, energy, or technology sectors.

Existing connections with international media or television networks/producers for global media bookings.

Familiarity with cultural and media dynamics in international markets where Nestpoint has interests.
