Job Title: Senior Performance Accountant – Private Investment Firm (Family Office)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities
Review and input statements and generate performance reporting for all client portfolios.
Work closely with investment, operations, and external fund managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Track and reconcile unfunded commitments for private equity investments.
Record and monitor all redemptions for correctness.
Assist the family office accounting team with quarterly reporting, one-off and recurring reports.
Calculate monthly cash balances and reconciliations.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or CPA preferred.
3-5 years of fund accounting experience.
