Overview

Leads and develops marketing strategies and programs to drive marketing technology, data management, and operational excellence across all marketing functions. Responsibilities

Develops and manages comprehensive marketing technology stack strategy and platform integration optimization. Provides expertise in data quality, governance, and marketing database management for operational excellence. Maintains leadership of marketing attribution and measurement initiative implementation across all channels. Establishes campaign execution support and workflow optimization processes to enhance team productivity. Implements vendor relationship management and technology procurement processes for strategic partnerships. Drives compliance assurance with data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and industry standards. Supports marketing automation and technology training programs to enhance team capabilities. Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Performs Other Duties As Required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience Five (5) years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology or related discipline Experience managing people and operations teams Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms Strong technical skills and understanding of data management Project management and process improvement experience Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Working Conditions
