Hotel Controller sought to oversee the financial operations of a property in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role focuses on driving financial accuracy, profitability, and support for exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions for the hotel Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports Monitor daily revenues, expenses, and cost controls to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Lead and support the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity Partner with department heads to support strategic financial decisions What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus) Must have previous experience in a full-service hotel Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Experience with standard restaurant POS, QuickBooks, ADP, and Opera Benefits
